1. About Us
My3 Digital is a digital marketing agency providing professional services including:

All services are provided on a contractual and project basis.
2. Service Agreement
- Services will be delivered as per the proposal or agreement shared with the client.
- Project timelines depend on scope, approvals, and client responsiveness.
- Any additional work outside agreed scope will be charged separately.
- My3 Digital reserves the right to refuse service if the project involves illegal, restricted, or unethical activities.
3. Payments
- Payments must be made in advance or as per agreed milestones.
- We accept payments via online payment gateways including Razorpay.
- All prices are quoted in INR unless stated otherwise.
- Taxes (if applicable) will be charged as per Indian regulations.
- Invoices will be issued for all payments received.
4. Refund Policy
- Advance payments for digital services are generally non-refundable once the project has commenced.
- Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- No refunds will be issued for completed milestones.
- In case of duplicate payment or technical error, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel services before project initiation for partial refund (after deducting administrative charges).
- Once work has started, cancellation charges may apply depending on work completed.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information and required materials.
- Provide timely approvals and feedback.
- Ensure they have rights to all content shared with us.
- Not use our services for illegal, misleading, adult, gambling, crypto fraud, or prohibited content.
7. Intellectual Property
- Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment.
- My3 Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
My3 Digital shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of business, revenue, or data
- Third-party platform issues (Google, Meta, Hosting providers, etc.)
- Marketing results depend on multiple external factors, and we do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, or sales unless explicitly agreed in writing.
9. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive business information except where required by law.
10. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party tools, platforms, or software. We are not responsible for downtime, suspension, or policy changes made by third-party providers.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
