2. Advance Payments
- Advance payments are required to initiate projects.
- Once payment is received and work has started, the advance amount is non-refundable.

3. Milestone Payments
For projects divided into milestones:
- Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.

- In case of any disputes, clients are encouraged to contact us directly before raising a payment dispute with the payment gateway or bank.
